Payment

Payment is accepted through PayPal, credit cards and e-transfers.
Credit cards may be processed through Paypal even if you don't have a PayPal account.

TAXES AND CUSTOMS
5% tax will be added to sales in Canada; 13% tax will be added to sales in Ontario.
For international shipping, the buyer is responsible for any customs related charges/fees.

Prints and non-custom made works must be paid for in full before shipping.
I want you to be absolutely happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied with it, please send it back in its original condition for a full refund, minus the shipping charges.

For custom made, one of a kind designs, please contact me directly either through the etsy convo; or by email info(at)illustratedbyanya(dot)com.
When you order a custom-made work, you are responsible for proof-checking your order. Once you approve the design, it's produced and shipped to you. Personalized items cannot be returned or refunded after they've been proofed and custom-made for you.

Colours can be different than they appear on your monitor.

CUSTOM MADE ORDERS
If you have ordered a personalized item please note that you are responsible for mistakes once the design has been proofed by you. I create and check each work, and take extreme care to be sure that they are beautifully produced, packed carefully and delivered on time.
If your item is damaged in shipping, please contact me directly prior to sending it back.
I'll create a new work for you.

PRINTS
If the mistake is on part of Illustrated by Anya, a refund or a free re-order will be offered. Shipping will be covered by me only through this circumstance. You must report any mistakes within 1 week of receiving your order.

Shipping Information

All items are carefully wrapped to ensure safe and secure delivery.

Packages are shipped via Canada Post in 1-3 business days after payment has cleared.

All delivery times are approximate.

Canada: 3-10 business days
USA: 5-12 business days
International: up to 2 weeks or 2 to 6 weeks

Your order will be shipped to the address provided to Etsy.
If you want me to ship to another address, please include a note to seller with your special request.

I will email you when your shipment goes out with tracking information.

Expedited shipping with FedEx/UPS can be arranged for an additional fee.

Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.
